Our fresh fruits and vegetables are imported from the far east, making them authentic and close to traditional Chinese gastronomy. They arrive at our 14,000 sq ft building that’s equipped with 3 freezers and 2 chillers, ensuring that they’re kept fresh before we deliver them to your door.

We supply our fresh vegetables and fruit to individual customers all across the North of England, as well as catering businesses. They love the quality and freshness that they receive from us!

We like to ensure that our fruit and vegetables are delivered freshly to your door by delivering them in a chilled white box. This is to make sure they’re kept fresh, dry and secure during transit, reducing the risk of damage before they arrive.

To find out some more information on delivery, take a look at our page where we talk about the process more.

The possibilities are endless when it comes to cooking authentic Chinese dishes with our wide selection of fresh fruit and veg. Let’s take a look at some examples of delicious recipes, and discover what ingredients they have in them.

To get the best flavour and the longest shelf life from your fruits and vegetables, storing some of them in the fridge is essential. Leafy greens such as pak choi and long beans belong in the refrigerator, ideally wrapped loosely in a paper towel and placed in a paper bag to maintain their moisture levels.

Once cutting fruit and veg such as cucumber and winter melons, they should be wrapped and refrigerated. If not cut yet, these can be stored in dry places at room temperature.

Not all fruits and veggies need to be stored in the fridge - root vegetables such as taro and chinese yam are best stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
