  • Usage Method: 1. Place the noodles in a large bowl, cover with boiling water and let stand 3 minutes only (or 2 if stir-fry). 2. Rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain. 3. Add to stir-fries, soups and salads or serve as side dish. 

    Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.
