A flavour popular in Thailand, Its flavour exudes fresh spices like ginger, Lengkuas, lemon grass and tamarind. Usually taken in a soup form. However Ibumie’s innovation creates a dry version to go with its Mi Goreng.

Ingredients:

Noodle: Wheat Flour, Palm Olein (Contains E320), Salt, Thickener (E412), Emulsifier (E452), Acidity Regulators (E500, E501).

Chilli Sauce: Red Chili (33%), Water, Sugar, Salt, Garlic, Acidity Regulator (E260).

Seasoning Oil: Palm Olein (Contains E320), Shallot.

Soy Sauce: Soybean (40%), Sugar, Salt, Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Colouring (E150a), Flavour Enhancer (E621), Preservative (E210).

Seasoning Powder: Salt, Red Chili Powder, Flavour Enhancers (E621, E631), Spices, Yeast Extract.
