Nishiki Musenmai is a tasty white rice specifically milled so that no rinsing is required. To ensure the great flavour and textrure of the rice, add a little more water than normally used for Japanese rice. The ratio is 1 cup rice to 1.3 cups water or you can adjust amount of water to suit your taste. Musenmai can also be washed and cooked as per the directions for standard Japanese rice.
