This amazing Thai Spicy Shrimp Paste Sauce (Nam Prik Kapi) is a blend of aromatic Thai herbs, perfectly combined to give a balanced taste. 

Nam Prik Kapi can be used as dipping sauce for fresh or blanched vegetables and fried short mackerel (pla tu). Using the sauce for Nam Prik stir-fried rice is unbelievably delicious.
