Japanese Yuzu Citrus Fruit Extract. Yuzu is a Japanese citrus fruit that is very similar to a mandarin and orange, but contains little fruit juice, which makes it very strong in its natural citrus aroma. Yuzu taste can be compared with Lime, but a bit fresher in smell and taste. Yuzu is widely used in Japanese cuisine for making dessert and confectionery.
