Whole Wheat Flour (89%), Water, Salt.

Storage:

Store in a cool and dry place, avoid direct sunlight. 

Once opened, store in an airtight container. 

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Bring a pan of water to a boil
  2. Add noodles (one nest per person ) to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. If using in a stir-fry, take out after 4 minutes.
  4. Stir with fork occasionally 
  5. Drain, rinse in cold water, then add your favourite stir-fry.
