Description: Lotus Brand Five Spice Powder 200g. The mixture is believed to be based on ancient Chinese philosophy of achieving a proper yin-yang balance of flavours; sweet, sour, bitter, spicy and salty. Five Spice is therefore an essential seasoning agent in Chinese cooking .
