Cooking Method:
Soak 100g of dried rice noodle in hot water until soft. Rinse with cold water, drain, then mix with a bit of oil and set aside.
Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a wok or pan, then add 3 beaten eggs and stir-fry until golden brown.
Add your noodles, some of this Pantai Pad Thai Sauce, 150g of beansprouts, Chinese chive and prawns, then stir-fry until cooked.
Serve with Chinese chives, bean sprouts and tasted peanuts.
Storage: Seal lid tightly and keep in refrigerator after opening. Store in a cool dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
