Water, Tapioca Starch, Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar (25%), Brown Granulated Sugar, Potato Starch, Shortening Oil (Refined Vegetable Oil, Antioxidant (E320, E321)), Dried Red Dates, Yeast, Salt, Raising Agent (E500).

Storage Advice: Keep frozen at-18°C. Do not refreeze after defrost.
Cooking Suggestions: Slightly defrost. Steam: Prepare the boiling water, remove the package, and place the divided pieces on the steamer under medium heat for around 8-10 minutes. Microwave: Put the divided pieces in the microwave steamer with a little water, under medium heat for around 2.5 minutes.
Caution: The paper on the bottom of the sponge cake used as the function of a steaming cloth, please do not eat it. The red dates on the surface of the cake may contain date pits, please do not swallow them.
