Usage Method: To stir-fry: Fry using 15ml cooking oil over a moderate heat for 4-6 minutes. To make soup: Add products to 500ml water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 4 minutes. Season and serve. Ensure the product is cooked thoroughly before consumption. 

Storage: Keep refrigerated and use within 2 days of opening. Suitable for freezing.
