Cooking Instruction:
Cook from frozen
Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan on high heat. Add the frozen imo mochi in the pan, pour 50 ml of water and cover with a lid for about 5 minutes. Take the lid off, let the water evaporate and fry both sides for 1 minute (around 30 seconds each side) until both sides are slightly golden and crispy.
