Morita All Purpose Soup Base (Tsuyu) 1L

This seasoning is used as a dipping sauce, sauce, or soup for Japanese noodles including soba (buckwheat noodles) and udon (wheat noodles). This all-purpose seasoning can be used as the base of popular Japanese flavors, so it is all you need to make many types of Japanese-style dishes including sukiyaki and gyudon (beef bowl with rice).

Ingredients:

Water, Soy Sauce (Water, Defatted Soybeans, Wheat, Salt, Soybeans), Sugar, Salt, Ethyl Alcohol, Yeast Extract (Yeast Extract, Extrin, Salt), Shiitake Mushroom Extract (Dextrin, Shiitake Mushroom, Salt, Hydrolysed Wheat Protein, Yeast Extract), Flavour Enhancer E635, Kelp Extract (Kelp, Salt), Acids E270 and E260.

Instruction of Use: Dilute soup base with cold or hot water to suite your taste. For noodle soup, dilute with hot water in the ratio of 1:5. 

Once opened keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.
