Description: Lobo Banana Fritter Batter Mix (Kloay Kaak) 85g. A packet of delicious banana fritter batter mix perfect for banana fritter lovers out there. Can also replace banana with pumpkin, sweet potato, plantain or taro.

Usage Method: Dissolve contents of the packet with 6 tablespoons of water and mix. Prepare 4 under-ripe bananas. Slice a banana into 4 pieces lengthwise. Heat 120ml vegetable oil in a small skillet and bring to a medium heat 175 degree C. Coat sliced banana pieces in batter thoroughly. Place into hot oil and fry until golden brown on both sides. Finally, rest the fried banana onto a kitchen tissue to absorb the excess oil. Serve while hot!
