Description:Shrimp Paste

Cooking Directions:
Cook before consumption. For use in dipping sauce (nam prik). Also use as a flavour enhancer whilst cooking or frying. This product needs to be heated before use.

Allergy Advice: Contains Shrimp (Crustacean).

Store in a cool dry place. Keep refrigerated after opening and use within a month.
Ingredients:Fermented Shrimp (Crustacean) (77%), Salt.

Usage Method: A little bit goes a long way, so you do not need to add much of this salty, umami, concentrated fish taste. Combined with tamarind, garlic, shallots, red chillies, and other ingredients, it forms the baste of the Thai spicy chilli sauce nam prik pao.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight. Refrigerate once opened.
