bibigo Mandu is a generously sized dumpling having a golden ratio between filling and wrapper kneaded over 3,000 times. The juicy and savoury bite-sized parcels are bursting with a rich and flavourful filling of Korean barbeque-flavoured beef and vegetables. The smoky barbeque sauce is well combined with chunky fillings and maximizes Korean bold flavour being loved by all ranges of people.


The product is formed, cooked through, and quick-frozen. The product is intended to be warmed up before consumption according to the cooking instructions. Please enjoy Korean authentic style dumplings by pan fry or steamed according to your preference!

Storage
Keep frozen, store at -18°C
Preparation and Usage
Steam: Put proper amount of water into a steamer and heat it. When the water starts boiling, put 4-5 frozen dumplings and steam them for about 8 minutes.


Pan Fry: Pour 3 Tbsp of oil into a pan and heat it up. Place 4-5 frozen dumplings and pan fry them for about 6 minutes till all sides are golden brown.
