Ingredients:

glutinous rice (32%), water, WHEAT flour (19%) SOYBEAN oil, salt, sugar, shitake mushroom (2%), king oyster mushroom, SOY sauce (water, SOYBEANWHEAT flour, salt), cooking wine (water, japonica rice, WHEAT, alcohol, salt, colour E150, acidity regulator E330), flavour enhancer E621.

Cooking Instruction:

  • Steam - Do not defrost, remove package, add 1/3 water into a steamer, put a wet dath on the bottom of the siu mai or brush a layer of cooking oil. Pur the sumarinto the steamer, steam for 10-15 minutes on medium heat
  • Microwave - Place 2-3 pieces of frozen siu mai into a microwavable container and spray a small amount of water on the frozen su mai. Cook on medium heat for 90 seconds (800W) 

Storage Guidelines: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until best before date.
