Nutritional values per 100 ml of finished broth: Energy 260kcal, Fat 6g, Carbohydrates 48g, Protein 3g, Salt 3g.
Preparation: Put the broths in 500ml of boiling water and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Then pour the cooked soup into a bowl with cooked Pho rice noodles (boil the dried noodles until soft first), cooked chicken, spring onions, coriander, Thai basil and enjoy.
