Description: Maesri Chilli Paste With Basil Leaves (Pad Kapao) 200g. Chilli pastes are traditional herbal pastes that are used to give dishes a hot & spicy taste. Chilli paste and Holy basil leaves are made from Thai red chilli peppers, basil leaves of holy basil, Soy Oil, and spicy garlic.

Usage Method: Perfect for making Khao Pad Ka-Prao - a traditional Minced Beef or Chicken dish served with rice & a fried egg. Often enjoyed in Thailand for breakfast but can be eaten at any time of the day!

Ingredients: Red Chilli(50%), Garlic, Holy Basil Leaves (7%), Soyabean Oil, Salt, Water, Sugar, Kaffir Lime, Pepper, Citric Acid.
