Beksul Bbq Sauce Beef (Galbi) 290G

CJ CheilJedang are a South Korean food company that manufactures food ingredients and frozen packaged food products. Its core brands include Bibigo, Gourmet, and Hatbahn. Beksul is one of CJ's main popular Korean brands and its name is supposed to mean "glitters like snowflakes", hence the brand's logo. The Beksul brand has been in production since 1963 and has a reputation among Koreans for quality. Beksul's Galbi Sauce for Beef is a moreish marinade made from soy sauce, sugar, salt, garlic, onion puree, black pepper, wheat extract, spring onion extract, citric acid, apple puree, pear puree, and sesame. Galbi, or grilled ribs, is a type of Gui (grilled dish) in Korean cuisine. Galbi is the Korean word for "rib", and the dish is usually made with beef short ribs. The beef in Galbi dishes is commonly marinated in a tangy and fruity sauce with plenty of orchard apple and pear notes. To use Beksul's Galbi Sauce, simply marinate your beef in it for approximately 30 minutes, then cook. It is an excellent, and easy, way to add tons of flavour to a dish with very little hassle.
