A unique product from Japan, Wasabi is a Japanese plant close to horseradish (for mustard) to accompany mainly sushi. maki and sashimi. It can also be used for noodles, meats and salads and can be mixed with soy sauce. Very powerful, it is advisable to use it sparingly.
Serve with soy sauce as a dipping sauce for sushi, sashimi or a flavouring in soba, udon, etc. It also adds zest to steak, seafood salad, dim sum and other Chinese or Japanese dishes.
