  1. Firstly you want to get all of your ingredients listed above and place them in a preheated pan on top of your stove. Let them sit in the pan together until they are a darker tone around the outside. 

A top tip of ours for this is to let them sit on a medium to low heat, leaving them for a little          longer really blends the flavours well for your five-spice seasoning. 

  1. You then want to get a spice grinder or alternatively a pestle and mortar and pour the mixture you have into it. Blend/crush until you are left with a fine powder. 

Be sure to store this seasoning in a tight jar, doing so for a maximum of 6 months.
