Ingredients

3 tbsp sunflower oil

6 cloves garlic, crushed

300g baby pak choi

1½ tbsp soy sauce

Method

STEP 1

Heat 3 tbsps of sunflower oil in a pan and cook with the garlic cloves for 2-3 minutes or until just golden brown, then pour the garlic oil into a bowl.

STEP 2

Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook 300g of pak choi for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through, then drain well. Put onto a serving platter and drizzle with the soy sauce and the garlic oil.
