An Easy Thai Twist

Typically, Thai recipes often mix fish sauces with flavours of seasoned minced beef. Additionally, Thai style basil is added to dishes to create a stronger aroma.

Stir Fry Recipe

Ingredients: 


• 4 garlic cloves

• 3 chillis

• 2 tbsp peanut oil

• 250g pork mince

• 3 long beans

• 2 tbsp thin soy sauce

1 tbsp stir fry seasoning sauce

• 1 tbsp oyster sauce

• 1 tbsp Tiparos fish sauce

• 1 tbsp white sugar

• A handful of Thai basil leaves



Serve with:

• Fully white rice

1 fried egg


Method:


1. Combine four crushed garlic cloves and three chopped chillis to a pestle and mortar, grind to form a paste

2. Add two tbsp of peanut oil to a wok

3. Next, add the chilli garlic paste and 250g of pork mince to fry

4. Finely chop three Yardlong beans and stir into the cooking ingredients

5. Mix in the thin soy sauce, seasoning sauce, oyster sauce Tiparos fish sauce and white sugar

6. Top with a handful of Thai basil leaves

7. Serve with fluffy white rice and a fried egg on top!
