Siu Loong Bao
A sought-after speciality from Jiangsu province, also known as Shanghai Bun or Soup Bun. The pork-filled bun has a delicate pastry skin and delicious mouthful of soup on the inside. Available in three recipes: Premier Pork, Pork and Prawn and Pork and Cheese.

Cooking Instructions

Steam [Steamer]

1. Put about 3cm of water into a steamer and bring to the boil
2. Line a steamer with steam paper
3. Remove buns from packaging place in the steamer and cover
4. Cook on high heat for 15 minutes
5. Turn off heat and leave to stand for 2 minutes, then remove lid and serve
