Usage:

Ideal for thickening sauces or adding flavour to sausages.

Preparation:

1. Put in a bowl, mash some solid part till it melt. Set aside.   
2. Sauté all the ingredients, add spices and water and simmer in a low heat.
3. Add pig’s blood slowly and keep stirring till it become thicker. Served & enjoy.
