Usage Method: Remove outer packaging. Add water to the fill line indicated on the inside of the bowl. Replace the lid loosely over the bowl so steam can escape during cooking. Microwave on full power for 6 minutes.

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or colder until best before the date.
