Mung Bean Flour (starch, gram flour, green pea flour or paeng tua keow in Thai) milled from hulled mung beans clear when cooked smooth soft texture used for making Salim. Of the bean flours, mung bean is the most bland, followed by chickpea (besan flour) and soy.
