Description: Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce 410ml. A botte of fine red braising sauce, perfect for making a delicious red braising pork recipe.

Usage Method: Red Braising Pork Recipe (serves 2): 1. Sauté 2 slices of ginger in 1 tbsp oil, then stir-fry 450g diced belly pork cubes with skin for 5 minutes in high heat. 2. Add in 5 Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Red Braising Sauce with 250ml water. 3. Bring to boil before lowering the heat and simmer for 20 minutes or until the belly pork is tender, and sauce thickened before serving.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
