Description: On Kee Pilose Asiabell Root and Chinese Yam Calming Soup 安記安神益氣湯 125g. Pilose Asiabell Root can improve blood deficiency and enhance qi. It is usually used when the spleen and lung are weak. Adding Chinese yam can improve the digestive system; Dwarf Lilyturf Root Tuber can clear the heart-fire and nourish lungs; snow fungus to reinforce kidney; cashew nuts to strengthen kidney and moisturize the skin; dates to invigorate the spleen and coordinate stomach. This soup helps enhance human immunity against disease. For 3 - 4 people.
Usage Method: 1)Soak the white fungus in water until tender, remove any hard stems. Blanch the pork meat in boiling water, rinse and drain. Wash the other ingredients thoroughly. 2)So all ingredients into hot water for a few minutes, then put them into a pot of water and boil for 2 hours. 3)Add in a pinch of salt to taste, and then serve.
