Quick Summer Salad

A simple salad made with Tofu which is a great for all seasons but especially great for summer.

For this we will use the soft Mori-Nu Tofu instead of one of the firmer Tofu’s.

What else will you need:

Coriander Leaves for Decoration

1 Green Onion, Chopped finely 

Sauce & Seasoning : 

  • 1 Tablespoon Light Soya Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil

  • 1 Tablespoon of Water

  • 1 Tablespoon of Black Vinegar

  • 3 Fresh Thai Peppers or Chilli Oil for an easy version

  • Sprinkle of Toasted White Sesame Seeds for Decoration

  • ½ Teaspoon of Sugar

  • 1 Clove Fresh Garlic, Chopped

  • 1 Teaspoon minced Ginger

Method

Cut the Soft Tofu into bite sized pieces.

 Mix all ingredients into a bowl and set aside for 5 minutes

 Poor the sauce over the tofu and decorate with fresh coriander and chopped green onion.

Serve straight away for best results.
