Flying Goose Hoisin Sauce:

Dark, sweet, salty and unique, Flying Goose Hoisin sauce is a fragrant and flavourful Asian sauce used as a key ingredient in many dishes or as a dipping sauce for grilled meats and veggies.

The Cantonese originated sauce is made using fermented soybean paste mixed with garlic, chillies, vinegar, sesame oil and sweetener. It radiates flavours of umami, sweet, spicy and tangy making and is traditionally paired with pecking duck. It tastes like Barbeque sauce but has a unique, distinctive saltier flavour.
The unique flavour and colour of Hoisin sauce makes it a perfect sauce to add an authentic Asian kick to any dish. It can be used as a dipping sauce for appetizers like spring rolls or potstickers. Its distinctive colour makes it a perfect addition to add colour and flavour to noodle stir-fries or soups.

Flying Goose Sriracha Sauce:

Flying Goose Sriracha is named after the Thai city, Si Racha and has a unique sweet, sour and fiery flavour. Flying Goose uses high-quality sun-dried chillies, distilled vinegar and garlic to level up the flavour and create a unique flavour, perfect for any dish.

Sriracha sauce is a versatile sauce and is often used as a condiment with seafood dishes, Chinese Bao buns and chicken or pork although it can be used in just about any dish, in any way.
